This policy applies to https://usevo.tools. USEVO Tools is operated by Thiago Magalhães in Brazil. Questions about privacy may be sent to contato@usevo.tools.

We seek to handle personal data in accordance with applicable Brazilian law, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), where applicable. This statement does not claim certification or absolute compliance.

Data handled by the site

The site may handle information sent voluntarily by email, the local browser preference for Analytics consent, technical information generated by Google Analytics after consent, and information necessary for external requests made by a feature you use, such as currency pair data sent to Frankfurter.

Many tool inputs, files, calculations, and generated downloads are processed locally in the browser. This varies by tool and does not mean all site activity is local.

Analytics and external services

Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept Analytics. We use it to understand aggregated site use. The consent flow is designed not to send typed content, uploaded files, or tool values to Analytics.

The Currency Converter requests rates from Frankfurter. The QR Code Reader accesses the camera only after you start camera scanning and grant browser permission.

Purposes and retention

Email messages are used to answer requests, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. They are retained for the period reasonably necessary for those purposes. Consent preference is stored locally in the browser. We do not promise zero retention or uninterrupted operation.

Your choices and rights

You can accept or refuse Analytics and later change the choice through the privacy settings control. You may contact us to request information about personal data handled through your email contact, subject to applicable law and identity verification.

Security and updates

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the site’s nature, but no online system is risk-free. This policy may change when the site or applicable requirements change.
